The show is currently on hiatus until Spring 2012 and will return as a 30 minute show, recorded in front of a live audience. He is currently developing a TV show with his friend Davis Rogan. The show (working title "Big Easy Supper Club") will feature Tom and Davis traveling around the South hosting dinner parties and visiting culinary and musical landmarks on the road. Tom writes about food and other stuff for local, regional and national publications. He is currently working on his first book Chef | Raconteur.
